4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with family room, separate lounge room, dining and laundry. Home backs onto a park. Large backyard. Renovated kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. Double carport.
Looking for person or couple who will be at home a lot during the day. Preferably a retired couple who will be around the home a lot and be able to give attention to our beautiful dog a black flat coat retriever (13 years old)
Bring in mail, feed dog, reticulation for garden.
