About this house sitting position in Diddillibah

We prefer a single or a couple. Prefer someone not far away so can show our routine to.
We have an older style home on over an acre. Not flash, but comfortable. 3 beds, 2 lounge areas, two decks, swimming pool. Not heated. It is a high set house. 4 steps at front of house about 13 at back of house. The land is sloping but not steep.
We have an array of 40 plus different chickens. Chickens are fed and watered in mornings and usually let out late afternoons. ( only if you're home).We have two pens, one for larger chooks and one for silky chooks. I have a couple of chook tractors as well. ( these mat not be in use).
In the mornings they need to be fed and watered, 2 silky rooster's let out of their crow box. Not before 7am. They can be let out to free range late in the afternoons if your home. Then have to be locked back in at night at about dusk, they put themselves to bed and the silky roosters have to be put into their crow box at night and let out in morning. I sometimes have baby silkies for you to cuddle. ( sorry, not this sit) The tractors get moved every day or 2. The chooks let out of their night enclosure, fed, watered, then locked in their night box in the tractor. ( a tractor moves manually across the lawn with chooks in it).
Less than 10 mins to Nambour and 10-13mins to Maroochydore. Prefer a single or a couple .
Not suitable for caravans, unless you have high off road clearance and excellent backing skills.
