About this house sitting position in Dodges Ferry

URGENT! Person I had lined up has had to suddenly pull out at last minute. So am in need of someone for next weekend, if possible?

Cute sunny 3 bed home in quiet cul de sac with water, sunset and mountain views.
Large garden, 2- 5 mins walk to beaches.
Tank water / solar panels.
Good bike riding, kayaking area.
Local Hill St store, butcher, bakery, cafes, takeaway, hairdresser.
Tasman Peninsula 30-60 mins drive, with spectacular views and walking tracks. Surf beaches nearby.
12 mins drive to Sorell shops, services, supermarkets.
Hobart CBD 35 mins.

House Tasks/ Info;
Sweep polished wooden floors daily.
Water veggie 'bins' and fruit trees, if hot and dry.
(Hand held / tank water.)
Keep gates shut, ducks wander freely, neighbours have dogs.

Animals;
1 x resident 5 yo cat, Priscilla. Likes cuddles, patting and two daily meals, breakfast and dinner.
5 goldfish need a pinch of 'flakes' each morning.
13 chooks need daily morning feeding; pellets/ grain, food scraps, bread.
Pen hygiene: Collect poo daily, (roost and yard).
Rooster is friendly.
If hot, keep water topped up.
3 x white Pekin ducks roam yard freely.
(Currently also 7 x youngsters. Hopefully 3 sold tomorrow and the rest before due date?)
Top up pellets/ water daily, give slice of bread for breakfast. (They may come running for it.)
Low maintenance.
