About this house sitting position in Dodges Ferry

My home is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, all on one floor. One bedroom is an office space. Looking for someone that would be OK with staying in the spare bedroom (just so I don't have to 'move' out of mine!). It has a new queen size bed with closet space and the main bathroom all your own. I am on a water tank. I've never run out of water but you just need to be water conscious (e.g. not let taps run). I do have raised garden beds and some potted plants as everything is sand around here, but there is not much is growing at the moment, so while it will require some watering, it won't be a lot. I have a beach at the end of the street, which is a beach at low tide (great for a dip); otherwise it's under water but there are lots of tracks. The surf beach is 1.6km away (with a couple cafes nearby) and there are others along the way (beaches everywhere). There is an IGA/Hills Street, butcher, chemist, bakery and bottleshop 500m away and a pub about 1 km in the other direction. You do need a car, just because public transport isn't that great (slow).
My dog Clover is a 19 month old Labrador with lots of energy. She is from a working line so needs 2 x walks a day. She has amazing recall so often walks off lead when on trails or on the beach. She LOVES the water and retrieving. She can be left home during the day (as long as she gets her walks) and I do have a doggy door. She is quite submissive and does like to chase the odd bunny (but does respond to commands). She is super cuddly and likes lots of touching/patting. Read more...
