About this house sitting position in Dodges Ferry

URGENT! Person lined up to house sit has just pulled out at last minute. So am now in need of someone for 3 months from MAY 25th - SEPT 1st, Tasmania.
Prefer someone already in Tas so can meet and brief in next few weeks.

Cute sunny 3 bed home in quiet cul de sac with water, sunset and mountain views.
Large garden, 2- 5 mins walk to beaches.
Tank water / solar panels + battery.
Good bike riding, kayaking area.
Local Hill St store, butcher, bakery, cafes, takeaway, hairdresser.
Tasman Peninsula 30-60 mins drive, with spectacular views and walking tracks. Surf beaches nearby.
12 mins drive to Sorell shops, services, supermarkets.
Hobart CBD 35 mins.
**New construction started on neighbouring block. Building noise.

House Tasks/ Info;
Sweep polished wooden floors daily.
Water veggie 'bins', if dry.
Look after garden.
(2 x garden tanks in addition to house. Hand held watering only.)
Keep gates shut, ducks wander freely, neighbours have dogs.

Sitter will need to supply own fire wood/ pay own power- cheaper with panels+ battery/ refill tanks if emptied during your stay.
(Plants and animals managed separately from 2 x garden tanks.)
Plenty of kindling you can use.
If no baby ducklings to care for (see below) ... duties will be now be light, (my cat died recently).
In that case only, would also like to negotiate a small recompense for the stay.

Animal tasks;
5 goldfish need a pinch of 'flakes' each morning.
Clean tank monthly (3x).
13 chooks need daily, morning feeding; pellets/ grain, food scraps, bread.
Pen hygiene: Collect poo daily, (roost and yard).
(Rooster is friendly).
Top up/ clean water containers once a week/fortnight.
3 x white Pekin ducks roam yard freely. **
Top up pellets/ water daily, give slice of bread for breakfast. (They may come running for it.)
They have two watering areas.
Bigger tubs- clean/ refill approx once a month.
Smaller containers every two days.
**Mamma Duck has decided to sit on eggs right now (unseasonably warm weather/ 3.5 weeks out from me leaving!)
A whole clutch of eggs will soon spring forth as cute little vulnerable yellow ducklings which will require ongoing protection, vigilance and feeding for 8-12 weeks inside a temporarily 'fenced' area! (Not the best timing mama). Am looking for someone else who may raise them. If no luck, house sitter would have to do that job.
