About this house sitting position in Drouin

Small, cozy cottage-style home in a quiet part of Drouin that offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. While the house is undergoing some love at the moment with minor repairs and exterior painting in progress, it is neat and tidy and conveniently located just a few minute's drive to the main street or a 10-minute walk to the train station. Drouin is also located close to lovely bush walking tracks and is roughly an hour's drive in either direction to Mount Baw Baw or the beach.
The house is one bedroom, plus a daybed/study area offering an extra place to sleep or work if needed. I'm looking for someone/a couple who are happy living in a comfortable 'work in progress', that can make sure my newly established garden stays alive and look after my timid (rather anti-social until she feels safe) indoor cat while I'm away. Given my cat's temperament, I'm looking for a house sitter with a quiet/calm vibe.
House has unlimited internet, Wi-Fi, access to Prime, Disney+ and Binge, ducted heating/cooling, washer and dryer, plus space in the driveway for two cars or a small caravan.
