About this house sitting position in Drouin

My lovely home is usually occupied by me and my two teenage children, plus our two Dalmatians (nearly 3 year old mum Scarlet & 7 month old son Midas) and our fluffy 15 year old cat Cinders. My 4 bedroom house is quite modern (built 2014) with colourful furnishings and artworks, and has a 7.2 star energy efficiency rating, on a good size block with a garden and covered deck. We have NBN, gas heating, ceiling fans and bamboo floors. Air con & solar panels are imminent.
We’re in a very quiet part of town, just a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk into the main street, shops, and train station.
When I travel I prefer to leave my pets in the comfort of their home. They are often inside during the day if I am at home, but outside when I head out unless the weather is bad and I won't be gone more a couple of hours (they get restricted access to the house - living room only). They have a morning walk (around 45 mins - 1 hour) and usually a dog park visit (approx 30 mins, but I sometimes take them in the evening too if I have the inclination). They’re both friendly and smoochy big dogs who love a snuggle on the couch (esp my boy who’s only 7 months old). My girl can be a bit timid with new people initially but she's a sweetheart. They are both pretty quiet unless someone comes to the door or into the house - Scarlet can get then barky. My cat is super friendly (she thinks she’s a dog). Read more...
