We live on 30 beautiful acres with a 1.5 acres of beautiful established gardens in Drouin West, West Gippsland. Our house is a 4 bedroom home, 3 bedrooms are available for use and most of the outer walls are glass so you can enjoy the outside coming in!There are lovely high cathedral ceilings which catch the sun when it streams through and adds to the light inside.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds. We have a large living room and equally large kitchen and living area which features polished bamboo floor boards. Both are very conducive to curling up with a good book and whiling away the afternoon:) See photos. You can choose which bed/s to sleep in.

The living room and bedrooms are all carpeted.There are is 1 bathroom for guests.The living room has a split system for heating and cooling and we have a very efficient wood heater for winter use.

The large established garden has many sunny and shady places to sit and enjoy the views. The big gum trees perched on the gentle hill in the front garden are ideal to sit and watch the cattle graze, the far hills whilst reading a good book or just enjoying nature. Our property is in gentle hilly country so you have lovely views.

We have 2 inside dogs who love hugs and company, and are very friendly and obedient. The dogs are Rocky, a staffy x and Oscar, a wiry haired terrier, both gentle and loving. They sleep in the laundry at night, go to bed when you do and let out at 7 am.

Our place is suitable for all people and we are about 60 mins from Melbourne, traffic dependent of course.

There are no security cameras anywhere.

The tourist town of Yarragon is 25 mins up the highway and Warragul is 15 mins away.

Drouin is 7 min . There are lots of great walks close by and we also have some excellent restaurants to enjoy.

Mt Baw Baw is about 1.5 hours if you like the high country, it is so beautiful up there.
