About this house sitting position in Dubbo

Hi there.

We have 2 very human Labradoodles (Molly & Kiki) that will need caring. Just feeding once a day and company. Kiki is 7 and Molly is 8 years old, house trained and very easy going- low energy they just sleep most of the day. They enjoy being inside and outside but sleep inside in their beds. Walking is not a requirement we would rather them just stay in the safety of our yard and home.

The house is in a corner block excellent to pull a caravan up on the crushed granite with easy access to power and water (my dad recently did this with his van).

The house has ducted air conditioning/ heating. The house is 3 bedrooms, our main bedroom is up the front with ensuite (we ask please don't use). The spare bedroom (house sitter to use) is over the other side of the house with it's own toilet and full-size bathroom with bath tub. The third bedroom is an office with two screens you are welcome to use. We are very clean, non smokers, you will walk into a lovely clean home.

The house and yard are always kept in excellent condition. We have a Ziggy BBQ, barista coffee machine and thermomix you are welcome to use if you like. A very safe and quiet area in Dubbo.

Sorry no other dogs or cats can be accepted. We also ask no other guests come to the home, only the people who are applying to sit please.

Note we have external security cameras, capturing the side yard and front door driveway. These can be switched off and brought down if you wish, or as previous house sitters have asked to keep them on for security of their vehicle/ caravan.
