About this house sitting position in Dubbo

Small rural property appx 280 acres between Dubbo and Narromine in the central west of NSW.

Modern renovated 4-bedroom home with indoor and outdoor living areas surrounded by lush lawns and easy-care gardens.

Modern farm infrastructure and reliable water supply and reticulated stock water systems.

We have a mix of livestock with a current small herd of Angus Beef Cattle and mob of Cross Bred Ewes/ lambs.

There are three larger breed outside dogs and an inside cat, a few chooks outside for fresh eggs.

Main things other than enjoying the peace and quiet would be a quick drive around the stock in the side-by-side buggy and checking the stock water / tank. The dogs love a morning and evening stroll.

Gardens and lawns are easy maintenance with an automatic sprinkler system covering the majority of watering needs with a few areas needing a sprinkler depending on the weather.

Mowing (Zero turn Ride on) and edging takes care of the rest.

Dubbo (10 mins drive) is a reginal supply centre for the area and the far west of NSW with service providers / suppliers to rival any city. There are plentiful tourist venues, eateries , bars , restaurants etc and a large modern hospital for any medical needs.

Narromine (10 mins Drive) is a great small town with everything needed for day to day supplies, plenty of places to eat out or enjoy some company. Great aviation museum and world renowned for its perfect glider conditions.

We have plenty of room for Caravans and vehicles if needed.

Only a couple of Km's from multiple easy reserve access to the Macquarie River for fishing / boating and a hours' drive to Burrendong Dam for the boating enthusiasts.
