15 Acre property, close to a railway station with frequent trains to Dungog and Newcastle.

Lots of flat space for bigger vehicles and caravans to park and turn around.

1 miniature sausage dog that loves company and going for walks.

5 Therapy Horses - mature geldings, very well handled and trained, need checking on every day. They live in the paddock.

Gardening - watering the vegetables and other plants.

Comfortable farmhouse with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with lots of verandahs to relax on.
Good reliable WIFI and streaming services.
Aircon, fans and a wood fireplace.

Modern extended kitchen.

Dungog is the closest town (15 km) with a friendly community and all amenities - shopping, cinema, pub, post office.

“Mari and Lou have a beautiful home and a really lovely property in a great spot. My favourite part of this 9 days house sit was looking after Graycie the dachshund and the 4 horses. Every morning was a delight, being out in the paddock and taking their rugs off and just spending time with them in the morning mist. The house is large, comfortable, and has lots of nice natural light. And Mari and Lou are lovely people. I hope to visit them again soon.”

“What a treat to stay at Mari and Lou's House. My two daughters loved looking after the horses, chickens and very cute Gracie dog. We enjoyed the log fire and fresh oranges from the orange tree. The house is very comfortable and warm with a log fire and heating if needed. A great escape from the city. Thanks again, Mari and Lou. I hope we can meet again. ”
