About this house sitting position in Earlwood

My partner and I will be overseas for 4 weeks between February and March 2025. We are looking for an individual or a couple that is familiar with cats and can care for our beloved floofy Fried Rice. Fried Rice is very affectionate and requires company and attention, so we need someone who will spend some time at home with him. We live with 1 housemate who is out all day everyday and who will go on holidays as well, so he's not suited for caring for Fried Rice.

The house is a standalone 3 bedroom house close to public transport and shops. The sitter/s will have use of a large furnished double room and private bathroom, as well as sole use of the kitchen and lundry as the housemate is, again, never home. House has ducted air conditioning, unlimited wifi, Chrome Cast to connect devices though Google Home, gym equipment and private backyard.
Garage for storage, driveway and plenty of free street parking.
