About this house sitting position in East Ballina

Hi
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, non smoking, retired couple to look after our home and 2 senior dogs while we travel on a Vets golf tour. We live in beautiful East Ballina, in the Northern Rivers.
We have a large, modern and well maintained 4 bedroom home, not far from the lake, golf course and beach. We have bicycles and a double kayak available for your use. There is room on the level driveway for a van if needed. The house is air conditioned and internet is available.
We have a house lawn to mow and small reserve out the back that we maintain with our ride on mower, only 1 mow will be required during the stay. There may be some veggies in the veggie gardens to water, if we’re lucky! We have a pool that is balanced and ready to swim in, although it may be cold in August! The water levels may need topping up during your stay. At this time of year we usually leave the pool cover on, so there are no maintenance issues.
Our fur babies are 14 and 15 and like to come inside of an evening to enjoy your company. Otherwise they are outside dogs and sleep outside under the pergola on the lounges. The 15 year old dog is a friendly, good natured Spoodle. He is a getting very old and is somewhat deaf and blind and his breath isn’t so fresh. Our 14 year old is a Bision Foxie Cross and she can be very yappy at first greeting and wary of strangers. She also is terrified of storms and may need medication if there is a storm. Once she gets to know you, she just wants to be close.
We would ideally like to meet prospective sitters and introduce the dogs.
