About this house sitting position in East Brisbane

Hi, we have a beautiful Queenslander in a quiet street close to the centre of Brisbane, in East Brisbane, and just south of the river. Public transport is excellent, and offstreet parking is behind a fence.
We are looking for someone to look after our two medium sized dogs for 9 days while we are on holiday. One is a five year old cocker spaniel and the other a young bull arab. Both are loving, lovely dogs, who get walked twice a day - this can be a short walk down to the dog park (just a minute from the house) or a longer walk down to the river.
We have a large tv in the living room with Netflix and Prime, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an IGA supermarket a few minutes walk up the road, along with various cafes and restaurants.
