Spare bedroom with queen size bed, walk-in robe.

Ducted Air-condition with solar panels
Security doors and established reticulated garden
1 x 4 yr old Labrador and 6 year old male cat.
As our pets are not used to young children we’d prefer singles or couples only.
The dog sleeps indoors at night and is an early riser 5am. He also needs at least 1 walk per day
The cat is an indoor cat and therefore all security doors need to be closed at all times.
18 year old son will be in the house simultaneously but does NOT need looking after.
