About this house sitting position in East Risdon
Our home is situated close to the Derwent River and a bushland reserve, but 10 mins from shopping areas and 15 minutes to the city of Hobart.
The house is 3 bed, 2 bathroom and has a lovely deck area with expansive views of Mt Wellington.
The cat, Betty, is middle aged, shy at first (except at mealtimes) who needs little attention, but loves having someone in her orbit.
The house has a lockable garage, plus parking space for another vehicle.
We would like the house sitter to collect mail, keep the house and garden looking tidy and lived-in, water the plants inside and out and feed Betty, of course.
For longer stays, the sitter is welcome to use the veggie & herb garden.
We will provide contact details of nearby responsible adults, who can assist in emergencies, if for some reason the house sitter can't contact us.
