Detached 3 bed cottage, 2kms from Maroubra Beach, close to Westfield Eastgardens and buses, off street parking, 2 chickens and 2 rabbits. Very low maintenance. We have lots of trees and greenery on our block, but no gardening required except occasional pot plant watering. Quiet residential street.
