House sitters required for a small accommodation business in Echuca, northern Victoria.
The position is for 5 weeks starting mid January whilst the owner is overseas on holiday in the Philippines
It is a small, pet friendly accommodation business (5 units) centrally located within walking distance to the river, historic port and town centre. Both the manageress and cleaners live nearby, but not on the property. I am seeking either a single person or couple who can live on the property, essentially care for my very friendly German Shepherd dog. Flynn is very well trained and behaved. Each morning he is walked through the state forest (which adjoins the property) and later joins his fur friends at the local dog park.
The magnificent house has an en-suite bedroom, 2 large lounges, sun filled balconies (overlooking state forest) and office. It also has extensive gardens which require sweeping of paths and watering every 2nd/3rd night (depending the weather)
Echuca is a major tourist town in northern Victoria with excellent facilities - sporting, restaurants, clubs, cinemas, transport etc.
