About this house sitting position in Echuca

A caretakers/house sitter is required for a small accommodation business in Echuca, northern Victoria.
It is a small, pet friendly accommodation business (5 units) centrally located within walking distance to the river, historic port and town centre.
The business is operated by a manageress who lives nearby and does all the reservations, payments, greet arriving guests and organizes staff. The sitter would only be required to remain on the property to tend to my beautiful 2 yr old friendly German Shepherd and water the gardens according to seasons.
In addition to support from the local manageress, I am contactable through Whatsapp for any issues.
I am a casual teacher and take holidays (a month each time) around the Victorian school holidays (Jan, Apr, Jul, Sep) and so ideally would prefer a regular sitter who could be available and interested to house sit multiple times of the year.
Both the business manager and cleaners live nearbyThere are local cleaners engaged on a daily needs basis, who also double up as minders should you want to get away for a few days. With email and skype, I am not "far away"
The magnificent house has 2 doubled en-suite rooms, 2 large lounges, sun filled balconies (overlooking state forest), spa and sauna. It also has extensive gardens, but these require minimal maintaining during the winter months.
This position would suit perhaps a retired couple or active single seeking a relaxing break in sunny Echuca.
