Small maisonette 1/2 house. Water garden feed fish, entertain a very energetic 14 month old golden retriever Lucy. She has free range of house & sleeps inside. Very sweet but naughty!! Used to be left at home whilst we work/uni. Located in Edwardstown, Adelaide. 20m to train line. Close to shops, 15 mins to beach & city. Small house with large deck out the back. Can park van in driveway. Nothing fancy but comfortable.
