About this house sitting position in Eglinton

Cat lover, with no allergies to cats, required for three healthy adult independent felines. They enjoy human company and cuddles. No medical requirements. Fed wet food and fresh water in the morning. Pellets are laid down before dusk and put away before bed,
to prevent obesity. Litterbox scoop required daily. A complete fresh litter exchange at least once a week.

A few plants in the front and two in the back yard will need watering as required. Some indoor plants on one small table.

Two-bedroom house with a study available as required. Open-planned living area and kitchen. Patio is large and homely, leading onto a small garden, with the front and back yard being separated by a gate. Cosy and cottage-like, making keeping it clean and tidy easy.

Situated 3km from the ocean and 15-minutes drive from Yanchep's National Park, which hosts koalas and picturesque paths. House is 2km from Alkimos station and 5-minutes walk from the bus stop. Some lovely walks, beaches and restaurants, with ocean views. A few parks in the area allow for lovely views and fitness activities. Supermarkets will be within 10 minutes reach.
