About this house sitting position in Elermore Vale
Ground floor villa in a over 55 retirement village, 2b/rooms, bathroom, lounge, dinning kitchen etc, unfortunately you will have to park your car on my driveway as I only have a single garage, fully fenced back courtyard, & fenced front patio, gardens & lawns are maintained by garden crew.
Would prefer a non smoker, or a smoker that is willing to only smoke outside, single person preferred but not necessary, willing to take dog on daily walks around the village OK, although she will enjoy longer, + watering of pot plants required.
