Beautiful old art deco 3-bedroom Elizabeth Bay apartment. 100 metres from Beare Park and Rushcutter Bay. It is close to everything the city has to offer. 3km from the Opera House, 25 min walk to the city CBD and 100's of amazing restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. (500 metres from Kings Cross station) We have an adorable, slow, stubborn and super-friendly 7-year-old French Bulldog - called CoCo. She has no outdoor area so requires a morning walk and an evening walk. She is happy to hang out by herself throughout the day but equally loves company. Can not be left alone overnight.
