Daily walk required, and be prepared for a fluff ball curling up on the bed at night.
Prefer someone who’s not working/wfh/no children (excellent wifi available) so she has daytime companionship.
Garden requires minimal/no attention except a possible watering if there’s a dry spell.
Non-smoker and police check required.
