One Bedroom Unit in quiet cul-de-sac in Elsternwick. Shopping and public transport all within walking distance of the apartment block. A short stroll will take you down Glen Huntly Road to Elwood Beach and Port Phillip Bay.

Unit is full of natural light, house plants, and a small potted vegetable garden. It is also fully equipped with Dishwasher, Washing Machine, WIFI, Netflix and a secure parking space.

You will be sharing the space with Neptune aka 'Night Furry' (yes named after the dragon from the kids movie!) Is a rescue who while shy is very cuddly and loves his toys. He's and indoor cat who loves to sleep in the sun during the day.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE STAY:
The space is yours to use as you please. All I ask during your stay is that you treat my home as if it was your own and feed and water both my cat and plants.
