About this house sitting position in Emerald

My home is a small 1 bedroom ‘rustic’ cottage situated on top of a hill on 5 acres with 180 degree views of Port Phillip and Westernport bays and Cardinia reservoir to the front and the Warburton Ranges to the back. Located in Emerald, Victoria - the heart of the Dandenong Ranges home to walking trails, parks, gardens, Emerald Lake, Puffing Billy., Mt Dandenong and lots of great eateries. Emerald town is 1 kl away with everything you need. Central Melbourne is 1 hour drive.
My home is a private, unique and magical place. The garden makes up for what my little cottage lacks in space although it has just been hit very badly by the February 13th storms and I may not have all the clean up completed by May. There are still many beautiful spots to sit and relax and take in the views.
I am the proud owner of Daisy the cat (14yo),
3 hens and 2 roosters (all friendly), Snowflake the visiting cockatoo and Baby 1 and Baby 2 visiting magpies along with the occaaional passing echidnas, possums and wombats. AND last but not least 2 and half year old Bonnie (Bossy Boots) the Border Collie.
My cottage is only suitable for 1 person or a couple. It has heaps of room for camper, caravan or tent. As there is local stock next door and lots of wildlife around I cannot have other dogs stay. Also Daisy ia a little shy. I would prefer a retired couple to home sit who have experience with farm management and most of all experience with young dogs. Bonnie is still learning but needs consistency, a walk or just a play with the ball for 30 minutes morning and evening plus company through the day. (She would prefer 8 hours of play). Daisy and Bonnie sleep inside are toilet trained and generally well behaved. A well behaved Border Collie pup????? She actually is developing nicely. Good in the car and can be left in the house for 2- 3 hours.
I am going away from 12th May 2024 - 1st June 2024. There maybe need to do one grass mow (ride on and battery push mower) but not other gardening. Chooks need feeding and fresh water daily.
