Waterfront home in picturesque Encounter Bay(Victor Harbor) SA
Weather is mild, close to wine regions, great cafes and restaurants a short walk or drive away.
Great views of the Bluff , Granite Island and Wright Island
The home is easy care - 1 large bedroom and a large living. dining and kitchen
Great outdoor sitting area in a sheltered . leafy backyard with a BBQ
Sitters would be required to water our small native plant nursery, potted plants through the garden areas and potted plants in the backyard seating area. This takes 1-2 hours most days depending on weather. The tube stock and small propagating house needs watering each day - 10 minutes to do
The remainder of the backyard will require a deep watering by sprinkler every 3 days or so depending on the weather (fruit trees and veges)
It would be appreciated if some weeding of the garden was done but no other maintenance is required except to pick produce to keep production going
All produce is yours to use eg tomatoes, beans,silver beet, apricots , nectarines, figs and Rhubarb etc
No lawn mowing required
We have a group of magpies that visit regularly that we would like to be fed morning and night
No pets to care for
No lawns to mow
We would like a mature couple , non smokers , with no pets
They would need their own transport as no public transport available
Caravan parking space is available
Sitters with gardening experience essential, some plant knowledge an advantage
Non smokers only need apply
Sitters need to be fit as the block is on a slope
