Our home is a modern 6 year old duplex in quiet street approximately 250 meters from the ocean. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms over 2 Levels, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning with private low maintenance front and back gardens. Lenny, our puppy, is an active 11 year old labradoodle who loves people and other dogs.
