'Bird Song Park' 12 acres of private undulating country set in the middle of the Noosa Hinterland just 5kms to Eumundi and 10kms to Noosa, 15 kms to Cooroy. A beautifully designed 'Barn' with all the modern cons.
8 acres of rainforest bush and 5 acres of open pastures with 2 very well behaved small dogs (cavoodles) and 2 retired and very quiet horses, stables, a small orchard and unlimited power and water. Outdoor terrazzo bath (hot and cold) under the stars, indoor bathroom and separate toilet, washing machine and dryer as well. Fully lined, double insulated and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Fully screened. Native gardens flow across the property.
Enjoy all the creature comforts of home whilst amidst the serene tranquility of the bush - hence the name of the property, we have a lot of native wildlife here and the barn is definitely dog friendly. Our House sitter/s would need to be able to assist with feeding and checking (maybe rugging) horses so experience around horses would be necessary. The horses are beautifully behaved, do not kick or bite, hold their hooves up for you and are retired. Looking for house sitter/s who may be regular a couple of times a year.
