About this house sitting position in Evans Head
Welcome to our beautiful coastal 2-bedroom townhouse, just 750m from the beach. The house is very easy to maintain with no upkeep required. Amenities include:
- Wifi
- Air-conditioning and heating
- A smart TV with a Chromecast (already logged in to HBO, Apple TV, Stan)
There is an IGA supermarket, a cafe with great coffee and pastries, and a bottle shop within 1 minute walk. The main strip of town is only a 3 minute walk away, with fish and chip shops, Thai food, sushi, more cafes, boutique and op shops, and a pub, with an RSL club, surf club, and bowling club in the surrounds.
We have a darling cat named Tiny who is 10 years old. He loves to make new friends but is super easy-going and doesn't mind his own space either. He just needs to be fed once in the morning and once in the evening, and he likes to drink from the tap every now and then. Otherwise he doesn't need anyone at home during the day, but he is also happy to have company, he will normally sit nearby on his favourite blanket and likes to chase after his string.
