About this house sitting position in Fairlight

Our home is a cute 3 bedroom (only 2 with beds) semi in a lovely quiet street with a back deck and garden.
We are just up the hill from Manly Beach, less than ten minute walk down the hill (a few more minutes on the way up!). We are also walking distance to the ferry to the city and have many amenities close by.
We are looking for someone to stay at our house and take care of our two little terriers Harold and Maude. Harold and Maude are older, sweet and affectionate little dogs, they are easy to walk together and mostly they like to lie around and cuddle.
They can stay home alone together during the day, just need walks in the morning and afternoon.
The dogs do like to sleep on the bed so you would have to be ok with this. Regular updates about how they are doing are greatly appreciated.
The house is quite low maintenance, there are plants and a garden that need weekly watering.
We have cleaners that come in every two weeks.
We can provide you with a parking permit for the street.
Would be most suitable for a couple/single adult without children.
