Relaxed New Year house sit in beautiful Fairlight, with two lovely dogs 🐾

We’re looking for a caring, responsible house sitter to look after our two much-loved dogs while we’re away over the New Year period, 29 December – 5 January.

You’ll be staying in our comfortable townhouse in Fairlight, with easy access to Manly, the Northern Beaches and Sydney. It’s a great location if you’d like to enjoy the area over summer, spend time at the beach, catch up with family or friends nearby, or head into Manly and the city.

🐶 Meet the dogs

We have two very loved dogs:
English Staffy, 12 years old – a sweet older girl who enjoys her walks and plenty of company.
Jack Russell, 4 years old – energetic, friendly and always ready for an adventure.

They need a daily walk and someone who is around and home with them as much as reasonably possible. They’re absolutely fine being left for a few hours while you head out, explore the area or catch up with friends, but we’d prefer someone who enjoys having dogs as part of their day rather than being away for long periods.

We live in a comfortable townhouse with a small private courtyard. There is plenty of street parking, and you’ll have everything you need for a relaxed stay.

We’re close to:

🚌 Regular buses into Manly
🚌 The B1 express bus into the city
🍽️ Cafés, restaurants and shops
🌊 All the attractions of the Northern Beaches

Manly is easily accessible, so you can enjoy the beaches, restaurants and summer atmosphere without needing to stay right in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

☀️ A great New Year location

This could be a particularly nice sit for someone who wants to spend New Year around Manly and the Northern Beaches, or who has family or friends in the area.

We’re looking for someone who is genuinely fond of dogs, reliable and respectful of our home. In return, you’ll have a comfortable base in a fantastic part of Sydney, two lovely canine companions and plenty of opportunity to enjoy the area over the summer holidays.
