About this house sitting position in Fairy Meadow

We have a house approx. 800m from the beach, 700m to a train station, 1km to two supermarkets and shops. The free bus is a short walk away as well.
2 bedrooms, 1 study, 1 lounge, 1 bathroom and 1 dinning room/kitchen area. Nice little yard.
We have unlimited wifi, and there is street parking and also a driveway that can be used. Our car will be parked in the garage.
We have one little 8 yr shorthaired black cat called Inka that roams inside and out. She gets locked in at night and let out in the morning. She likes attention but is also happy to roam outside for most of the day. She eats dry biscuits throughout the day so you just need to make sure her bowl is filled up ever 1-2 days. She gets treat sachets ever 3-4 days and treats if she does her tricks (simple ones)....or if you need to get her inside at night :)
