About this house sitting position in Ferguson

We have five acres of undulating green hills in the Ferguson Valley which is located in the south west of Australia. It is only two hours drive south of Perth and twenty minutes from the small city of Bunbury with all amenities including movie theatres, restaurants and the famous Dolphin Center. The little town of Dardanup is about 7kms away and has an excellent bakery, a general store for basics, a rural supplies store and a country tavern.
The south west of Australia, where we live, offers travellers huge potential for enjoying nature, bush walking, mountain biking, wineries, artist studios and galleries, surfing and much much more. There are local boutique breweries and wineries for lunches and tastings over long lunches.
Our three bedroom home has a big kitchen and living room with a cosy tile fire. It also has reverse cylce airconditioning. There is also a small lounge room with comfy couches and a good sized TV. We have excellent wifi that will stream Netflix, Iview and SBS on Demand. Phone coverage can be patchy at times. Telstra is the best server for the area.
The house has a large patio with a big outdoor table and armchairs overlooking the orange orchard.
We have an elderly cat that needs medications and extra care so someone who loves cats would be ideal.
There's also a very friendly kelpie/ border collie dog, a few chickens and three sheep. Read more...
