About this house sitting position in Ferguson

We have five acres of undulating green hills in the Ferguson Valley which is located in the south west of Australia. It is only two hours drive south of Perth and twenty minutes from the small city of Bunbury with all amenities including movie theatres, restaurants and the famous Dolphin Center. The little town of Dardanup is about 7kms away and has an excellent bakery, a general store for basics, a rural supplies store and a country tavern.
The south west of Australia, where we live, offers travellers huge potential for enjoying nature, bush walking, mountain biking, wineries, artist studios and galleries, surfing and much much more. There are local boutique breweries and wineries for lunches and tastings over long lunches.
Our three bedroom home has a big kitchen and living room with a cosy tile fire. It also has reverse cycle airconditioning. There is also a small lounge room with comfy couches and a good sized TV. We have excellent wifi that will stream Netflix, Iview and SBS on Demand. Phone coverage can be patchy at times. Telstra is the best server for the area.
The house has a large patio with a big outdoor table and armchairs overlooking the orange orchard.
We're leaving our kelpie/ border collie dog home this time. She is an adorable girl who loves a walk in the morning and afternoon. She'll be your constant companion.
We have free range chickens that need letting out of their pen in the morning and in, later in the day. They have self feeders and water that needs to be checked. They're laying 2_3 eggs a day at the moment.
The six sheep are quite self sufficient but their water needs to be checked especially in summer. One old girl, Hedwig, needs medication for her arthritis.
The veggie garden usually has some produce that you're welcome to. In summer it is automatically reticulated.
The pot plants around the house will need a drink once or twice a week in winter.
