About this house sitting position in FERN TREE
We are looking for a mature age, single person to mind our home and cat for 6 months (1/11/24 to 30/4/2025 or close to those dates). The home is situated in a quiet location, with great views and sunny aspect. It is 12 kilometres from Hobart and 6 kilometres from Kingston shopping centre.
Our cat is 8 years and very independent - boss of the house. He is adorable. We have some indoor plants that will need watering. We also have a small hothouse with strawberries and some vegetables. I would like the strawberries to be watered. The house is on a reasonable size block of land, which does not require any maintainence as the local wildlife take care of that.
There is offstreet parking. The Metro bus service to Hobart is a 1.4 kilometre walk.
