About this house sitting position in Ferndale

My home is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom place close to the canning river walk trails, park and cafe in the South side of Perth. I have a very shy, timid rescue cat who is 8 years old and she will need someone to provide lots of cuddles and be home every night. I will be away in Europe for 5 weeks so this will be a long sit. I am ideally looking for a solo or couple sitter as my cat is scared of too much noise and finds kids to be overwhelming. I would also love someone who is open to meeting in person beforehand so I can introduce you to my cat and you get to see the house and area. Someone who has Police clearance and references is a bonus :) Thank you.
