About this house sitting position in FERNY HILLS
We have a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 car house with easy maintenance gardens and a pool. It has ducted AC, brand new bathrooms and a large, modern kitchen. The two verandahs look over the street or pool. There is a study plus small pool table. It is in a quiet area next to bushland and beside a creek with bike and walking path. We have a friendly well behaved golden retriever and full pet insurance. If there are any concerns we have adult children who live within 30 minutes.
