About this house sitting position in Fingal Head

We’re looking for a reliable, calm, animal‑loving house sitter to enjoy our beautiful Fingal Heads home while caring for our much‑loved springer spaniel, Patch.

About the Home
- Spacious beach house just 50 metres from the beach
- Pool and spa
- Peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by nature
- Covered garage (for one car) - sorry we don't have space for a caravan
- Fully set up with two home offices

About Patch
Patch is a boisterous, energetic springer spaniel who thrives on company and activity. He’s affectionate, fun, and full of personality — the perfect companion for someone who loves the outdoors.

What We Need
- Someone home the majority of the day
- Patch can only be left alone for 1–2 hours max (otherwise he HOWLS and HOWLS)
- A sitter who is confident with high‑energy dogs
- Must be comfortable managing selective on‑lead reactivity
- He’s fantastic off‑lead, but needs a steady handler when on the leash
- Willing to take Patch for two or more outings daily
- Walks, runs, beach trips, or simply sitting by the river while he swims - bonus points for car rides and fishing adventures!
- A quiet, clean, and respectful person who will treat our home with care
