About this house sitting position in Fitzroy North
Our house is a single storey renovated Victorian home that is user friendly and in a quiet area. House sitters can stay in a bedroom inside or, if they prefer, in the separate detached studio. Both have queen size beds. Our home has a sunny north facing kitchen and family room which looks out onto a courtyard. There is a separate laundry. There are two bathrooms inside and one in the studio. Our 2 small dogs need looking after and need to be walked twice a day. The house is close to restaurants, public transport, Edinburgh Gardens and shops.

“Sitting for Anne and Kin was really nice. They were very kind and clear right from the beginning, giving us detailed instructions and setting everything up well for the six weeks. Their house is beautiful, fully equipped, and has beautiful sunlight in the living room and kitchen. The location is amazing – very close to shops, restaurants, and parks. The city is nearby, and parking was easy.
The best part was definitely Alphie and Bobby. They are very affectionate, well-behaved dogs. We got a very energetic welcome when we arrived, and we loved having them on our laps while watching movies at night.”
