We have a beautifully renovated well maintained Victorian terrace house with small garden in a quiet tree lined street in Fitzroy north .
The neighbourhood is wonderful and very much a community , many cafes and two supermarkets within strolling distance . 5 min walk to trams and 10 mins to trains .
I need a reliable trustworthy non smoker , infrequent drinker animal loving person to take care of my two small dogs , daily 30 mins walk and loving interactions .
Some houseplants to be maintained .
