Modest 2.5Acre property overlooking large pond, plenty of fruit trees.

All gardens are fully automated watering system (set & forget) other than picking the fruit and looking at them, there is no requirements to attend to.

Lawn has automatic Robo Mower (will provide instructions) - This is set on a schedule (mid-morning & afternoon run times).

If you love your lawn mowing, there is a 54" ride on you can jump on and whizz around (or incase robo mower goes offline etc).

Animal Requirements:
2 amazing small French Bulldogs (Hubért & Bane) - Loves cuddles & attention - Couch potato's evening movie and chill time. Minimal walking requiremnts.

5 Ducks
4 Ducks & 1 drake - Routine, let out in morning as they have free reign access to dam - Night time 3 scoops of feed back into their enclosure.
