About this house sitting position in Forresters Beach

200m walk from Spoon Bay, we have a near new four bedroom house, air conditioned, nicely furnished, very comfortable holiday or permanent home. All shopping needs are available at Bateau Bay or Erina. Very quiet location, you can hear the surf through the trees.

You will have the company of Nyx, an 8 year old Kelpie and Cosmo, a 6 year old tabby cat. Both are friendly and well behaved. Nyx is very energetic and gets four hours of professional walking each week but needs daily walks by the housesitters as well. Dog friendly beaches are only a few minutes drive away and are very beautiful.
We also have seven chickens who need food and water, and will provide some eggs in return.
Adequate food will be left for the animals, they just need care and attention (and the kelpie needs activity).

“Such an enjoyable experience looking after the farm animals and pets. There’s beautiful bush land at the door step, with a truly gorgeous home and property. The pets were gentle, loveable animals. David was well organised and kept up regular communication. We had great support from neighbours as needed. David was generous with fresh produce from the vegetable & herb garden. In fact the owners encouraged us to enjoy the property and just prioritise the pets needs. We thoroughly enjoyed this housesit!”

David provided detailed information about the care of their animals to assist us during our stay. A close friend of theirs was available to provide support if needed.
