1 bedroom, 1 office, 2 bathroom apartment spread across 2 floors. Internal fan system throughout the building, with air conditioning in the main living area and master bedroom. The apartment facility is small housing only 40 units with a shared pool and BBQ area.
Situated just off Brisbane's James Street it is a central location close to public transport, restaurants, bars and cafes. An upmarket supermarket directly on your door step, or a 5 minute walk to Gasworks Plaza which houses a Woolworths.
Looking for someone who is good with animals as we own 2 rescue cats. They are very self sufficient and keep to their own routines, however they do enjoy an occasional cuddle and playtime. Also looking for someone who is clean and tidy - we try and vacuum every day/second day to ensure the apartment is as clean as possible from cat fur.
Unfortunately travel dates are not flexible.
