About this house sitting position in FOUNTAINDALE

This is a great opportunity for a capable and reliable single person or couple to house sit our home for 3 months from 20th February 2027 to 20th May 2027 (dates may be semi flexible).

Our home is set on a peaceful 3.7 acres on the Central Coast of NSW and is close to the M1 Motorway, train stations, shopping centres and facilities.

Our home is a 4 bedroom one level brick home with a tiled roof and has a fireplace and airconditioning. There is also a large in-ground swimming pool which would require daily monitoring and cleaning as required. Lawn mowing would also be required, both push mowing and ride on moving. We have several raised garden beds which may have some produce planted and would require regular watering and of course you would get to pick the produce for your own use.

We have our lovely 13 year old black and white cat named “Mally” to care for and also 7 laying chickens who would need to be tended to morning and night, providing you with fresh eggs daily.

We have abundant bird life and the area is very peaceful, quiet and rural and yet still close to all the facilities you need.
