About this house sitting position in Fowlers Bay

We live total Off Grid on a beautiful bush block in Fowlers Bay. (150km west of Ceduna) We are 4km out of town on the Hill with stunning views to the ocean, sand hills and town.
Total off grid means NO MAIN POWER OR WATER. We have solar and relay on rain water. Which means power is restricted (not to bad,just no vacum cleaning in the middle of the night etc...) and water needs to be used wisely. (So no 30min showers etc...)

We have a few pets 🥰 1dog(kelpie x) loves the beach and the ball and snuggels on the couch.And we also have 5cats. Yes 5 😅 they are inside cats with outside enclosures. Means cat toilets need to be cleaned daily. (I know not a fun job but better then eating our wildlife outside)They are all very friendly and the boys are very affectionate and want cuddles.
We also got 6 chooks. Who give plenty of eggs. The chook house needs once a week attention cleaning. We let the chooks free range, so you would need to let them out in the morning and close the door in the evening again. They are pretty chilled and go back in the shed by themselves. No chase needed 😅 They get choock food and greens from the gardens and my kitchen scraps.

Other general duties would be rubbish run. We have to bring our rubbish to the refuse site in Fowlers. Which we do raffly1xweek. Every now again the gas bottles needs changing for the hot water unit or gas cooking. (Usally last about 6 weeks) And then there is my garden.just requires watering. A lot is on timers too. Maybe some veges to harvest.

We also operate a little Bush Camp.
Which does not require a lot of attention but 1xweek rubbish run and every 2-3 day money box emptying. If you like you can go every afternoon for a chat into the camp like we do,and say hello but we don't make you too.

A bit about our house/shack:
2 bedroom shack with large open living space. Kitchen and bathroom (shower only) we are not fancy we live practically. 😉 plus we have 2 small children. I don't need a 6k leather couch from Gucci 😅🤣
Outside we have A beautiful greenhouse, vege house, tool shed and Open BBQ area.

Fowlers Bay is a beautiful coastal town with a population of 25 people 😅 And we are 4 of them 🤣
We got stunning beaches ⛱️, awesome fishing 🎣, great 4x4 driving and in June the whales coming into the Bay.

Ideally we are looking for a handy couple who love animals and understand off grid living a bit. People who love outdoors and love exploring the area.
In case you worried you get bored, we do have a lot of projects needs doing which we can talk about but if you are interested of a bit of work. ($) but don't feel pushed you don't have to do anything either.🤗😉

Fowlers bay is a great tiny community with lots of lovely people, we can indoduce you to.
