Very private house with wood fire (firewood provided) on 100 acres, 2 streams and dams
Good for the soul, also a very large studio on the hill for use as well, great fishing, bird watching & walks
Just require someone to look after house
maybe a little gardening, water and mind verandah greenhouse (small), check machinery sheds
relax and enjoy. Not suitable for small children, it is a farm with a number of unfenced dams.
