About this house sitting position in Frankston South

I am seeking a house sitter for my small shitzhu x poodle ‘Teddy’ He is a quiet dog who loves company of his humans, and playing with other dogs at the local leash free parks. You’d be staying in a 1960s two bedroom house on a small block. House has ducted heating, evaporative cooling, gas stove top, two living rooms, dining room and full size bathroom, small courtyard at the back and a front garden. Living areas overlook trees. Wifi, Netflix, usual tv apps, There’s a nature reserve across the road with a creek which leads to the beach - 15 minute walk. Small strip of shops 500 metres away with a supermarket, two cafes, pizza restaurant and fish n chip shop.
Mt.eliza and frankston shopping centre about 5 mins drive. Buses to Frankston and further along the peninsula ( Mornington, Portsea, etc) about 5 and 10 minute walk respectively.
Your responsibilities- walking Teddy twice a day preferably, short walk is fine, we often go along the bush track across the road, and a longer walk /play at beach or local Off leash parks. Teddy is fine with lead walking, but he does enjoy a good run.
And watering the garden and pot plants.
Preference is for one sitter for the duration, suitable for single person or a couple.
