Our home is a comfortable, welcoming place with beautiful, well-established gardens that are a real highlight and lovely to spend time in. The house is split level with two sets of indoor stairs, giving it a bit of character and separation between spaces.

We’re conveniently located just a 10-minute drive to the calm beaches of Port Phillip Bay, perfect for walks, swimming, or enjoying a relaxed seaside café. For those who love surfing or more rugged coastline, the surf beaches on the western side of the peninsula are around a 30-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy the best of both bay and ocean.

We also have one small, mostly indoor tabby cat who would appreciate someone happy to keep her company while enjoying the home.
