About this house sitting position in FRENCHVILLE
Hello there. We know its a little way off, but we really need to book a housesitter/s in now, otherwise we'll miss out, and we have a cruise booked, so we were wondering whether you would like to help us out by house & pet sitting in the very interesting and lovely city of Rockhampton, which is close to the beaches of Yeppoon, Emu Park and Gt.Keppel Island. We live on the northside of Rocky, across the road from an Olympic Pool, which is very handy, (but is closed during the winter months), 5 mins from a huge Stockland Shopping Centre, restaurants, hotels, clubs etc, or 8 minutes across the river to the Rockhampton CBD.
At this point we have 3 furbabies - a 2.5kg female Chihuahua and a 2.8kg pedigreed female Pomeranian (10 & 12 yrs), also a very spoilt 6yr old female cat that loves to be brushed and cuddled. Our darling Pom is completely deaf now, and is on nightly meds for a heart murmer, but she is still very active in every other way.
Our highset older Queenslander style home has a north-east facing front deck, is fully security screened with 5 split system aircons/fans and is completely lockable under for car accommodation (and a very cosy & comfortable lounge area), also a 12mt long tandem carport, so is a very comfortable home to live in. We would appreciate the garden receiving a hose every couple of days (as we do not get a high rainfall here), and perhaps the lawn mowed just the once over the time.
